ICINC2023
The 2023 2nd International Conference on Informatics, Networking and Computing (ICINC 2023) was held successfully on October 28, 2023 via ZOOM. The conference was hosted by Wuhan University of Technology and the conference received a strong response.

At 9 a.m. on October 28, 2023, the General Assembly officially began. The conference invited Prof. Witold Pedrycz from the University of Alberta, Prof. Chi Liu from the School of Computer Science, Beijing Institute of Technology；Prof. DazhaoCheng from Wuhan University, and Prof. Guo Kehua from Central South University, And Professor Michele Luglio and Researcher Francesco Zampognaro from the University of Rome, Italy, each gave keynote presentations on their recent research and contributed their own excellent conference sharing.
At the same time, nearly 30 authors made oral reports or poster presentations on 30 topics, including comprehensive analysis of power demand and market, power grid frequency adjustment, design and technical analysis system of power engineering inspection alarm device, research on optical storage and DC microgrid operation control strategy, and new distribution system flexible interval evaluation methods.
